Passwords should be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone, including spouses, family, students, or other staff/union members.  In situations where someone requires access to another individual’s protected resources, the delegation of permission options should be explored.  Delegation of permissions can only be approved by CUPE Local 1453 Executive members. CUPE Local 1453 members should not disclose confidential information.
